Efficient Living Home Assessment

An initial ‘Efficient Living Home Assessment’ is a cost effective way to identify a range of  keys areas that will make the biggest difference to your home. Our professional staff will visit your house / unit and answer your questions, provide information, ideas and an individualized report. This service will enable you to make your own home improvements.

Green Home Make Over

If following on from the initial assessment you want further assistance we can tailor an in-depth analysis to suit your requirements and can project manage your homes upgrades.

A ‘Green Home Make Over’ might include;

  • Monitoring the energy usage of your existing appliances
  • Measurement of the internal temperatures of your home
  • A ‘Training Session’ on how to use your home to improve its comfort
  • Advice on green and renewable energy products
  • Information about available rebates and how to claim them
  • Estimated payback periods on a range of upgrades
  • Assistance with a sustainable retro-fit program

Our Experience

Our assessors are trained sustainability professionals and have been working within the industry for many years. We have training in building thermal physics, occupant behavior and green retro-fit products.  We also have information on rebates, buy back schemes and RECs (Renewable Energy Certificates).
