and BASIX
checklists are provided to ensure all of the information
required is documented on your plans prior to commencement of
the rating process which helps us deliver the job on time. If a home does not reach targets an upgrade report will be issued stating why the home failed to comply. Where available, three options will be provided for ways to improve your dwelling to achieve a pass result. |
Electronic Service
Our full electronic service means that we can provide assessments to clients Australia-wide and offer a faster and higher quality service than our competitors. We are able to receive all information required for an assessment by email, process the job, electronically stamp your plans and certificates and return them by email. All plans are to be received via email in either pdf, dwf, dwg format. Certificates and stamped plans will be returned via email in pdf format. Please discuss with us if you use other document formats so we can find a suitable solution. To make the process even easier we also offer the service of documenting your AccuRate and BASIX commitments on your plans. |
