Thermal Rating + BASIX $460.00 + GST Efficient Living will provide a complete a thermal rating and BASIX service. Plans and reports are fully prepared for council lodgement. BASIX with DIY $390.00 + GST Efficient Living will provide a BASIX certificate fit for council approval with a DIY thermal assessment. Housing Estates AccuRate or BERS (Thermal Rating) $230.00 + GST BASIX Certificate (individual) $60.00 + GST Additional & Alterations BASIX Certificate $280.00 + GST Efficient Living will provide certification for all extensions to existing homes worth over $50,000. Multi-unit Developments We charge discounted rates for repetition of floor plans. Fixed fee proposals will be given on issue of plans for quoting.
